VACUUM LIFTS FOR WOOD

PN 1 F/R vacuum lifters with one suction pad, horizontally fixed or with 0-90° tilting, operate with a 6/7 BAR compressed air supply, are suitable for lifting laminated wood panels and have a load capacity of up to 500 kg. They are fitted with a centre handle equipped with the hoist keypad and controls for the grip and release of the material, enabling a single person to handle material rapidly, easily and in complete safety.

The connection to the compressor enables to have great autonomy, even in the event of a power failure, completely exploiting the tank's capacity
The vacuum lifters are also equipped with:

• vacuum gauge, acoustic and visual alarm system,
• a vacuum reservoir tank,
• a general tap,
• a 3-way tap.

The vacuum gauge is a control instrument that has the function of instantly indicating vacuum level at the moment in which the material is gripped.
The alarm system, powered by a battery that can be re-charged with a 220V battery charger supplied with the system, warns of any drop in vacuum level. The vacuum reservoir tank is a further reserve in the event of faulty system operation. The general tap connects the air system to the vacuum lifter, the three-way tap controls material grip and release.
PN2F/R model vacuum lifters have the same characteristics as the PN1 F/R model. They are equipped with two suction pads that can be longitudinally adjusted.

All the system are complete with “EC CONFORMITY DECLARATION WITH OPERATOR'S AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL” according to applicable standards.
