COMPRESSED AIR VACUUM LIFTS FOR CHIPBOARD PANELS/MDF - TILTING FRAME
Model PNT2R200 vacuum lifts with two suction cups (50x20 cm) that can be adjusted longitudinally, tilting from 0 to 90°, are driven by compressed air at a pressure of 6-7 bars. They can be used to lift chipboard panels weighing up to 200 kg.
The lifts have a central handle on which buttons for the hoist and controls for gripping and releasing the load are located, allowing a single operator to move panels easily, rapidly and in absolute safety.
Connection to an air compressor gives an additional operating margin as the air in the compressor tank is available for use even in the case of power cuts.
The vacuum lifts are also fitted with:
- a vacuum gauge,
- an acoustic and visible alarm system,
- a main valve,
- a three-way valve.
The vacuum gauge allows the presence of vacuum to be monitored, and instantly displays the level of vacuum when the load is gripped.
The alarm system, powered by batteries that are recharged with the 220 V charger provided as a standard accessory, warns of decreases in operating pressure.
The main valve connects the compressed air system to the vacuum lift.
The three-way valve controls the grip and release of loads.
