VACUUM LIFTERS FOR GLASS
Vacuum lifters for lifting and moving glass are available with two, four, six, eight, ten, twelve, fourteen and sixteen suction pads and lifting capacities ranging from 200 to 1,200 kg, in the following versions:

• Continuous manual rotation
• Continuous manual rotation and tilting
• Continuous manual rotation and electric tilting
• Continuous electric rotation and tilting
• Fixed vertical.

Consisting in:

• Twin safety circuit
• Twin (acoustic and visual) alarms to warn of any vacuum loss, powered by rechargeable batteries
• Dual vacuum tank to ensure grip even in the event of power failure

STANDARD VACUUM LIFTERS FOR SHEET METAL
Our vacuum lifters for handling sheet metal are built with four, six and eight suctions pads and lifting capacities ranging from 250 to 1,500 kg.

These consist of:

• A metal structure with fixed horizontal steel section main frame, featuring suction pads with longitudinal and transverse adjustment
• Vacuum pump: electrically-driven (380V three-phase or 220V single-phase) on GLA models and powered via compressed air on VLA models
• Vacuum reservoir tank ensuring safe pickup even in the event of unexpected vacuum pump power failure
• Acoustic and visual alarm system powered independently by a rechargeable battery
• Pickup handle featuring material grip and release controls.

VACUUM LIFTERS FOR WOOD
PN 1 F/R vacuum lifters with one suction plate are horizontally fixed or can be tilted from 0-90°, operate with a 6/7 bar compressed air supply, are suitable for lifting laminated wood panels and have a load capacity of up to 500 kg. 500. They are fitted with a centre handle equipped with the hoist keypad and controls for the grip and release of the material, enabling a single person to handle material rapidly, easily and in complete safety.

VACUUM LIFTERS FOR MARBLE
Our vacuum lifters for handling stone (with polished, semi-finished, rough or bush-hammered surfaces) consist in one or more suction pads, according to the size of the slabs to be moved, with lifting capacities ranging from 80 to 2,000 kg.

These consist of:

• Metal structure with 0 to 90° manual tilting (pneumatic tilting on LM models)
• Electrically-driven vacuum pump: 380V three-phase or 220V single-phase, or 12/24V DC on GM models
• Compressed air driven vacuum pump with a pressure of 6-7 bar on LM models
• Vacuum reservoir tank ensuring safe grip even in the event of unexpected vacuum pump power failure
• Acoustic and visual alarm system powered independently by a rechargeable battery
• Pickup handle featuring material grip and release controls.

All systems are supplied complete with " EC CONFORMITY DECLARATION" WITH OPERATOR AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL according to appropriate standards.
